Description
Chocolate sponge, cooking chocolate, buttercream and fondant rose.
Same method as Chocolate and Buttercream cakes, but with melted chocolate at the bottom, lots of buttercream on top, and instead of putting the top back on, I put fondant roses on top. I'm absolutely chuffed with how well the roses came out, I'm hopeless with them!
